Goolwa North Project

Our first project, now sold out. A 5-lot residential subdivision in the peaceful coastal setting of Goolwa North, fully serviced with Flowvac sewer, water, electricity, and NBN, and delivered from acquisition to settlement in under two years.

An LS Development Group syndicate in Athelstone, 10km from the Adelaide CBD. Two existing titles reconfigured into seven, with six new community-titled lots created, the front dwelling retained, and mature trees preserved across an established eastern suburb.

In partnership with Collectiv Group. One of South Australia’s only private marinas reimagined as a modular tourism destination an hour from Adelaide, with a long-term residential opportunity held at the rear of the site

In partnership with Collectiv Group. A 60-hectare landholding in the Hindmarsh Valley on the Fleurieu Peninsula, centred on a retained bluestone homestead. Six high-end pods approved and now in development, with walking trails set across the property.
